The Department of the Interior and Local Government Region IX,  Pagadian City  is in need  of  two (2) Database Administrator  to support the department’s effort  in the establishment and maintenance of regional database.

Interested applicants shall submit the following application requirements to the DILG Regional Office not later than December 28, 2018 addressed to:

  1. Application Letter indicating the position
  2. Personal data Sheet (CSC Form 212) with picture
  3. Photocopy of the following:
    1. Transcript of Records and /or certificate of Grades with Masteral/Doctoral units earned
    2. Diploma
    3. Photocopy of Certificate of Eligibility/Board rating/License
    4. Photocopy of certificate/s of Training Attended/Participated relevant to the position being applied
    5. Non-academic Awards received within the past 12 months( if any)
    6. Certificate of Employment ( if any)
