Zoom Teleconference – The Child-Friendly Local Governance Audit (CFLGA) Regional Inter-Agency Monitoring Task Force (RIMTF) convened for a blended meeting on June 29, 2026, at the DILG Regional Office IX, PCCARGC, Balintawak, Pagadian City, to discuss the validation procedure for the assessment and review of documents uploaded and submitted by Local Government Units.

The meeting was attended by RIMTF member-agencies, including representatives from DSWD IX, DEPDEV IX, NNC IX, DOH IX, DEPED IX, and RCWC IX. The RCWC IX participant joined the meeting via Zoom.

DILG IX Regional Director Pablio L. Benitez, Jr., PhD, CESO V also attended the meeting and delivered a message, emphasizing the importance of inter-agency collaboration in ensuring a fair, thorough, and timely validation process for the CFLGA assessment.

The activity included the presentation of meeting objectives, discussion on the validation procedure, and the finalization and confirmation of the review and validation of submitted means of verification. RIMTF members reviewed the documents based on the CFLGA indicators, namely survival, development, protection, participation, and governance.

The task force also discussed remaining findings, comments, and recommendations, confirmed agreements and next steps, and addressed other matters before adjournment.

Through the active participation of the RIMTF members, the meeting supported the timely final confirmation of the CFLGA assessment results and ensured the readiness of the outputs for the next appropriate action.
