On September 30, 2025, the Regional Inter-Agency Committee on Anti-Illegal Drugs (ICAD) IX Advocacy Cluster convened for its 3rd quarter meeting for calendar year 2025 at Four Queens Resort, Pagadian City. 

The meeting was presided over by Director Bryan B. Babang of the PDEA IX, ICAD Chairperson, who underscored the importance of continuous collaboration and information sharing among agencies to sustain intensified campaigns against illegal drugs. The member-agencies presented their 3rd quarter accomplishments, issues encountered on their anti-drug efforts with resolutions to address such, and also discussed upcoming activities for the remaining months of the year.

The council also raised resolutions exemplifying their role as frontliners in a drug-free region that has strict enforcement but also strong advocacy, community engagement, and preventive education. With that, the meeting concluded with the reaffirmation of commitment among the member-agencies to further strengthen the coordination and sustain the momentum of anti-drug advocacy efforts in the region.
