Pasig City, Philippines – The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) IX joined the three-day Philippine Anti-Illegal Drugs Strategy (PADS) Implementers Assessment and Inter-Regional Leveling-Off Session from December 3 to 5, 2025 at Linden Suites, Ortigas Center, San Antonio, Pasig City.

The activity served as a comprehensive planning and review session for local governance programs, spearheaded by the PADS-PMO and attended by Regional Focal Persons and Technical Assistants.

The first two days were dedicated to critique and feedback on this year’s accomplishments and proposed activities for the first semester of 2026 per region. A significant portion of Day 2 focused on finalizing the Operations Plan and Budget and establishing the way forward for implementation, including a review of budget utilization. The final day synthesized all outcomes, securing key agreements and next steps for the new semester.

The program ensured a fully defined and coordinated strategy for local government supervision in early 2026.
