In a bid to bolster transparency and streamline data management practices, PDMU-Region IX recently hosted a comprehensive SUBAYBAYAN/Rapid Subproject Sustainability Assessment (RSSA)/Results-Based Monitoring and Evaluation (RBME) of LGU Infrastructure Projects (RLIP) Data Tracking Orientation. The event, aimed at ensuring compliance and facilitating access to crucial system documentation, marked a pivotal moment in the region’s journey towards enhanced data tracking capabilities.
The orientation, held on February 7, 2024, at the DILG Regional Office IX in Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur, via ZOOM, drew a diverse group of stakeholders, including data analysts and compliance officers. With an air of enthusiasm, participants gathered to delve into the intricacies of SUBAYBAYAN/RSSA/RLIP and explore its potential in revolutionizing data management practices.
The session commenced with an overview of SUBAYBAYAN/RSSA/RLIP, shedding light on its multifaceted functionalities and its role in driving efficiency across various sectors. Participants were introduced to the system’s capabilities in monitoring and tracking data, underscoring its pivotal role in promoting transparency and accountability.
A focal point of the orientation was Region IX’s compliance requirements, meticulously outlined to ensure adherence to regulatory standards. Through interactive discussions and case studies, participants gained valuable insights into the nuances of compliance, recognizing its significance in fostering trust and integrity within the region.

In his introductory address, the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), Willibald Paglinawan, commended the endeavors of every participant, emphasizing the transformative possibilities inherent in SUBAYBAYAN/RSSA/RLIP for enhancing efficiency and accountability. He reaffirmed the region’s steadfast commitment to maintaining exemplary standards of data management, promising ongoing assistance in nurturing a climate of transparency and innovation, with the aim of being at the forefront.
