Pagadian City, April 23–25, 2025 — The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region IX successfully conducted a Knowledge Management (KM) Audit from April 23 to 25 at the DILG IX Conference Hall.
The three-day event aimed to assess the region’s current knowledge assets, practices, and gaps to enhance internal processes, promote information sharing, and strengthen institutional learning. It was attended by the LGRRC Core Members and Sub-LGRCs and served as a vital tool for improving the organization’s overall performance and service delivery.
The KM Audit featured a series of discussions and workshops facilitated by the KM Team. Participants actively engaged in identifying knowledge resources, workflows, and areas for improvement in managing and utilizing information effectively.
This initiative is part of DILG’s ongoing commitment to fostering a knowledge-driven culture across all levels of the organization. The outputs of the audit will inform future interventions and the development of a comprehensive Knowledge Management Strategy for the region.
