Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur – The office-level Quality Management System (QMS) Planning Workshop was successfully held. The session featured opening remarks from Quality Management Representative ARD Carmelo Enrique B. Libot, CESO V, who emphasized the importance of full cooperation. QMS Head Secretariat Pearly Eunice A. Olita provided the background and rationale for the activity and gave a brief orientation on completing the Risk and Opportunity Assessment Register (ROAR).
The procedure establishes a structured and effective QMS planning process aimed at identifying both internal and external issues, as well as relevant interested parties. This process serves as a foundation for evaluating the overall effectiveness of the Quality Management System. Participants also engaged in a workshop to develop their respective ROARs.
