Police Regional Office (PRO) IX Regional Director PBGEN Neil B. Alinsangan paid a courtesy visit to DILG IX Regional Director Paisal O. Abutazil, CESO III earlier today to briefly discuss issues relative to the peace and order situation in the Region.
