Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur – On April 7, 2025, the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) IX held a retooling activity at the DILG Regional Office for Regional and Provincial Process Owners. The session aimed to reorient participants on the QP-23 Process to ensure uniform understanding and implementation across all levels.

The updated reporting forms and required attachments for the monthly reports were presented and discussed. An open forum followed, allowing participants to clarify misconceptions and raise concerns regarding the process.

This activity reflects DILG’s continued commitment to improving internal systems and strengthening the capacity of its personnel for more effective service delivery.
