DILG Region IX monitoring of the submission of Certificates of Non- Investment in the Aman Futures Group has reached to 98.5 % received data from 66 municipalities within the region as of 4:30 PM of Friday, November 23, 2012.

It is important to note that not only the provinces and cities were required to submit their certificates but also the respective municipalities in which the Local Chief Executive must affix their signatures affirming of their non-involvement to the said group.

As to the statistical figure, only one municipality, the town of Tambulig, had not submitted yet their certificate. Communication is on-going to follow up their immediate submission.

Meanwhile, the barangays which submitted their certificates now reached to 42.75% in which out from 1,904 barangays , 814 submitted.

As to date, only the barangays from the City of Dipolog have completed their submission.
