Planning and scheduling techniques were covered next, including the use of project management software and tools, with case studies on successful project execution. Quality control and assurance principles were then explored, focusing on methods for inspecting and testing construction materials and workmanship, and strategies for addressing quality issues. The final session addressed health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management, offering an overview of relevant regulations and best practices, and the supervisor’s role in promoting a safe work environment.
