Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur – The DILG IX Regional Human Resource Merit Selection and Promotion Board (RHRMSPB) successfully conducted an interview for vacant Contract of Service positions on January 23-24, 2025, at the DILG Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Office, Dao, Pagadian City.

The meeting was presided over by RHRMSPB Chairperson, Assistant Regional Director, Engr. Carmelo Enrique B. Libot, CESO V, together with board members Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) Willibald Patrick P. Paglinawan, LGCDD Chief Alvin Rex M. Lucero, LGMED Chief Dave M. Barrot, HRMO Aime G. Gregorio, AO III Melvin A. Guhil (Representative from the Rank-and-File, 2nd Level), and ADAS II Jane H. Garnica (Representative from the Rank-and-File, 1st Level).

Shortlisted applicants were interviewed for the positions of Administrative Assistant (ADAS) II, Financial Analyst (FA) I, Philippine Anti-Drug Strategy Regional Technical Assistant (PADS-RTA), Project Evaluation Officer (PEO) III, and Information System Analyst (ISA) I. The applicants underwent a thorough evaluation of their qualifications, backgrounds, capabilities, skills, relevant work experience, and interest in the role to ensure alignment with the qualification standards of the positions they applied for. This process ensures a proper and merit-based recruitment system within the Department.
