The DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR & LOCAL GOVERNMENT, Regional Office No. IX, Pagadian City, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites suppliers/distributors to bid for the hereunder project:

      Title: Conduct of Regional Dialogue on Open Government and Participatory

Brief Description: 

ACCOMMODATION: (Room Requirements)

  1. 5 Rooms for Twin Sharing for 4 nights & 5 days
  2. 50 rooms for twin sharing for 3 nights & 4 days
  3. 18 rooms for single occupancy for 2 nights & 2 days
  4. 17 rooms for quadruple sharing for 2 nights & 3 days

MEALS:

Day 1: February 19, 2018

Lunch & PM Snack      – 35 pax

Dinner and Accommodation  – 120 pax

 

Day 2: February 20, 2018

3 Meals & 2 snacks with Accommodation – 195 pax

3 Meals & 2 snacks – 60 pax

 

Day 3: February 21, 2018

Breakfast & AM Snacks –       250 pax

Lunch                                 –      310 pax

3 Meals & 2 snacks with Accommodation – 120 pax

 

Day 4: February 22, 2018

Breakfast                          –  120 pax

2 Meals & 2 snacks         –   50 pax

3 Meals & 2 snacks with Accommodation – 10 pax

 

Day 5: February 23, 2018

Breakfast   -10 pax

 

Requirements/Amenities:

Day 1- Plenary Hall for 120 pax

              Ballroom Set up (Round tables)

               Hall that can setup 15 Posters/Panels Boards and can conduct gallery walk

 

Day 2- Plenary Hall for 250 pax

             Breakout session Hall good for 80pax per room

             Breakout room:

              1.) Round table

              2.)  Sound System, 2 wired/wireless microphones

              3.) Wyteboard Markers

              4.) LCD  Projectors

             

Day 3- Breakout Room good for 150 pax

             Plenary Hall should have:

               1.) Ballroom setup (round tables)

               2.)  Sound system

               3.) 6 wireless microphones

               4.) 2 widescreen

               5.) 2 LCD Projectors

 

Approved Budget 

  For the Contract     :   1,148,500.00

Contract duration    :      5 days

                                                    

All particulars relative to the Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Awards of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of RA 9184 and Its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

Bid documents shall be available to eligible bidders upon payment of a non – refundable amount of Php 1,000.00 to the Department of the Interior and Local Government Regional Office 9 Cashier, thru the BAC Secretariat.

The Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG)reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders. The Invitation to Bid is not an integral part of the bidding document.

 

DILG Regional Office No. 9 assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders or any expenses to be incurred in the preparation of the bid.
