Bureau of Fire Protection R9 Panel Interview for Fire Officer 1 (FO1)
(May 22, 2017 at BFP Regional Office 9, Mayor Climaco Avenue, Zamboanga City @ 8:00 a.m.)
Applicants are informed to submit six (6) folders containing the following documents:
- PDS (Personal Data Sheet) – use CSC Form 212, revised 2017.
- Certificate of Eligibility.
- Transcript of Records and Diploma
- Birth Certificate (NSO)
- Clearances (Barangay, Mayor’s, Police, NBI, Fiscal, MTC and RTC).
NOTE: Two (2) folders must contain copies aunthenticated by the issuing entity. Bring along with you all original copies.
