Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur – The Local Government Regional Resource Center (LGRRC) IX conducted another Coffee Mondays Session last December 04, 2023, at Arnel F. Gudio Hall, DILG IX, Pagadian City. 

The gathering on Coffee Mondays, facilitated by the Legal Education Facility and the Administrative Support Facility, provided a venue for crucial conversations regarding facility-related matters. 

Under the leadership of Atty. Lisanie O. Carpio, Head of the Legal Education Facility, and Willibald Patrick P. Paglinawan, Head of the Administrative Support Facility, the DILG IX team explored pressing issues that demanded immediate attention and collectively generated possible solutions. 

The occasion offered a chance for the leaders and their respective teams to jointly tackle the issues encountered by the Legal Education Facility & Administrative Support Facility. Conversations focused on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the facilities, guaranteeing a favorable working environment, and overcoming any barriers that impede optimal functionality. 

The Coffee Mondays Session showcased DILG IX’s dedication to promoting transparent communication and teamwork within the organization. Through proactive involvement in meaningful discussions, the department strives to strengthen its facilities and facilitate an ongoing process of enhancement.
