The Department of the Interior and Local Government Region IX conducted the Pre-Qualifying Examination (PQE) on February 11, 2016 at Hotel Guillermo in Pagdian City. 

The exam is part of the initial screening process in hiring applicants. It is composed of several subject matters which will gauge the potential of the examinees. 

 

78 individuals including those who are already in the Department took the examination which was administered by Kristina Laborte and Joy Christine Sartillo from the Personnel Division of DILG Central Office.

 

It was emphasized that passing the PQE will not guarantee automatic hiring in the Department. PQE passers will still undergo series of evaluation to determine their maximum capacity.

 

The result of the examination will be released after two weeks.
