REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
A. Educational Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Community Development Studies, Social Sciences or related field;
B. Required Qualification and Experience
1. Strong ability to work independently, including the ability to multitask, prioritize competing tasks, and manage time effectively.
2. Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and persuasion skills.
4. Good computer skills, including the use of email and Microsoft Word and Excel.
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills including delivering of presentation on project ideas.
6. Manage and monitor the finance accomplishments on a monthly and quarterly basis, ensuring that Regional Office PADS-PMO adheres to finance regulations and procedures of cash-based budgeting process.
C. Required Competency (Core/Leadership/Functional)
1. Act as Facilitator/ Speakers during capacity building trainings i.e Roll-Out on Community-Based Drug Rehabilitation program (CBDRP), for capacity development and training to LGUs.
2. Participates in collaboration meetings with Regional Office LGMED/Planning and Operations Unit on directions and activities of PADS-PMO.
3. Manage and monitor the finance accomplishments on a monthly and quarterly basis, ensuring that Regional Office PADS-PMO adheres to finance regulations and procedures of cash-based budgeting process.
4. Prepares presentations in meetings and workshops with other government agencies and/or other organizations when applicable.
5. Administer all finance procurement and disbursement of Regional Office and ensure timely obligation payments for services following finance policies and procedures.
6. In performance of the foregoing duties and responsibilities, may be authorized to go on official travel and reimburse travelling and other related expenses; and perform other relevant duties as and when assigned, by or via the Regional Director and regional Focal Person.
7. Perform other related tasks and function as may be assigned.

6. Prepares and monitors financial status of project implementation (obligation, disbursement, and liquidation);

JOB DESCRIPTION / DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Prepare case digests and evaluation reports of the corruption complaints received by the office and recommend necessary actions thereof;
2. Provide technical expertise and lead in the conduct of case build-up and fact-finding inquiries as referred by the Bantay-Korapsyon-Program Management Office (BK-PMO) and any cases involving corruption as referred by other government agencies;
3. Prepare an outline of facts and issues involved in cases set for fact-finding;
4. Assist the BK-PMO Central Office Team in the implementation and development of policies and protocols of the legal component of the Banta-Korapsyon-Program;
5. Assist in the development tools for case build-up and protocols for investigation;
6. Prepare correspondence and communication materials such as memoranda and letters with regard to the actions undertaken on the complaints received;
7. Attend to the complaints from walk-in clients and referrals from the provinces, municipalities, and barangays;
8. Attend, facilitate and/or document assemblies, trainings, meetings, fora, conferences, workshops, field visits and other related activities;
9. Regularly report to the Program Head of the BK-PMO;
10. Perform other tasks given by the Program Head, designated Bantay-Korapsyon Regional Focal Person, Regional Director, and Supervising Authority; and
11. In consideration of the foregoing, be duly authorized to travel, if needed, and attend relevant activities relative to the program.
