Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga del Sur – During a noteworthy occasion that underscored the government’s dedication to environmental responsibility, the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) IX organized a ceremony to hand over a new garbage truck to Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga del Sur. This turnover ceremony represented a significant advancement in the promotion of effective environmental management and played a pivotal role in the implementation of the Seal of Good Local Governance Incentive Funds (SGLGIF).
The procurement of this waste collection vehicle, with a total cost of P4,990,000.00, represents a significant milestone in the local government’s ongoing initiatives to bolster its environmental management capabilities.
