The workshop began with a collective review and refinement of our Department’s vision to ensure alignment with current aspirations and goals. Clear and measurable objectives were established, reflecting the collective vision. Teams prioritized these objectives based on impact and feasibility to foster a focused approach. Participants engaged in breakout sessions, facilitating the development of creative and actionable strategies. The process was enriched by cross-functional collaboration, fostering diverse perspectives in the strategic planning process. As a result, a detailed implementation roadmap was crafted, outlining specific action steps, responsible parties, and timelines.
