Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur – The Project Development and Management Unit (PDMU) of DILG Region IX recently conducted an orientation for its newly appointed Project Evaluation Officers (PEOs), Administrative Assistants (ADAS), and Financial Analyst (FA). The session aimed to integrate the new personnel seamlessly into the unit and equip them with the necessary knowledge and tools for their roles.

The orientation began with a warm welcome and brief introductions, allowing the new hires to familiarize themselves with their colleagues. Engr. Carmelo Enrique B. Libot, CESO V, Assistant Regional Director and OIC-PDMU Chief, joined the session via Zoom, emphasizing the significance of their roles in the unit’s operations.

The core of the orientation provided a comprehensive overview of PDMU’s functions, organizational structure, and ongoing programs. Key responsibilities of the PEO, ADAS and FA were thoroughly discussed to ensure clarity and alignment with the unit’s objectives.

The session successfully laid a solid foundation for the new hires, preparing them to contribute effectively to PDMU’s mission in DILG Region IX.
