Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur – The organization’s Top Management, led by Regional Director Paisal O. Abutazil, CESO III, along with Engr. Carmelo Enrique B. Libot, CESO V, the Quality Management Representative (QMR), Deputy QMRs, the QMS Audit Team (QMSAT), and the QMS Secretariat, convened for the annual Regional Management Review for FY 2025. The meeting aimed to assess the effectiveness of the actions implemented in the previous year.
Aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards, the review focused on ensuring the continued suitability, adequacy, and efficiency of the QMS while maintaining alignment with strategic objectives. With 12 key agenda items, participants engaged in in-depth discussions on system performance, compliance, external provider performance, resource adequacy, and necessary improvements to enhance organizational processes.
During the session, the QMS Secretariat provided comprehensive reports on QMS performance, including audit findings, while the Streamlining Officer presented customer feedback. The Management Review Committee deliberated on corrective actions, resource allocations, and opportunities for further optimization. The QMS Secretariat documented all agreements, decisions, and action plans to ensure continuous monitoring and follow-through on commitments.
The meeting reinforced the organization’s dedication to quality excellence, demonstrating leadership’s proactive approach to continuous improvement and compliance with international standards.
