May 29, 2023 | The Local Governance Regional Resource Center (LGRRC) IX organized the Knowledge Management Audit Entrance Conference held at the Arnel F. Gudio Hall, DILG IX, Balintawak Pagadian City with the primary objective of offering a comprehensive overview of the KM Assessment and Team Assessment recently conducted by the team, with the participation of the LGRRC IX Core Group and Facility Members.

During the conference, the attendees immersed themselves in the intricacies encompassed by the categories encapsulated within the KM Assessment Test and Team Competency Test. Diligently scrutinizing the initial statistical data obtained from the responses gathered during their prior assessment, they successfully unearthed the inherent strengths and vulnerabilities entrenched within their knowledge management methodologies and team proficiencies.

Drawing from the discoveries, the participants fervently immersed themselves in dialogues, diligently aiming to precisely identify the spheres in need of refinement or remedies for the discerned concerns and dilemmas.
