Zamboanga del Norte – The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) IX conducted a four-day Comprehensive One-on-One Technical Assistance to LGU Encoders and Follow-Up on the Encoding and Updating for the 2018-2024 Enrolled Projects in the SubayBayan/RSSA Program from October 08-11, 2024. The activity was held in the municipalities of Godod, Salug, Sindangan, Manukan, and President Manuel A. Roxas, Zamboanga del Norte. 

The initiative aimed to provide focused guidance to LGU encoders to ensure accurate and updated entries for enrolled projects in the SubayBayan and RSSA programs. These platforms serve as vital tools for tracking project implementation and sustaining transparency and accountability in local governance.

The activity was facilitated by SubayBayan Regional Focal Person and Project Evaluation Officer (PEO) II Reeven Sheena L. Tan, together with RSSA Regional Focal Person PEO II Vivian Quiapo. They were joined by DILG Zamboanga del Norte Engineer III Ian Signar and Engineer II Jowee Salaveria, who provided technical insights and engineering expertise during the sessions.

Through these collaborative efforts, LGU encoders received hands-on support to address challenges in data encoding, updating, and compliance with program requirements. This activity underscores DILG IX’s commitment to capacitating Local Government Units (LGUs) in improving service delivery and promoting good governance.
