Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur – Assistant Regional Director Engr. Carmelo Enrique B. Libot, CESO V, as the OIC-Unit Head, together with Assistant Unit Head Eshrahida B. Acas, led a staff meeting for the Project Development and Management Unit’s (PDMU) Project Evaluation Officers (PEOs).

The meeting served as an orientation session for newly hired PEOs, providing them with a clear understanding of their roles, responsibilities, and expectations within the unit. Additionally, discussions focused on setting key targets for project documentation and evaluation for the year, ensuring a structured and efficient approach to monitoring local development initiatives.

By fostering a collaborative and goal-driven environment, the activity reinforced the unit’s commitment to strengthening project evaluation mechanisms and ensuring the effective implementation of development programs across the region.
