As part of the screening process to hire employees, the DILG IX conducted Pre-Qualifying Examination (PQE) last July 4, 2014 at Saint Columban College, Pagadian City. A total of Ninety Nine (99) examinees took the Pre-Qualifying Examination, and Seventeen (17) or 17.17% passed the examination.
