The Municipality of San Miguel receives the second tranche check for the completion of their Level III Water Supply System from the Department of the Interior and Local Government on May 19, 2015.

 

The check amounting to 4.9 Million pesos under the 2014 GPBP- Water Program was released to their Municipal Treasurer, Ms. Milagros Regis after all the necessary documentary requirements had been complied. 

 

Municipal Mayor Angelito L. Martinez II stated that the completion of the water system project indicates development in their municipality, alleviating the condition of their populace having poor and inadequate water supply. This water project would also contribute to the betterment of their municipality.

 

The completion of this water system project will cater to three (3) barangays in the Municipality – Brgy. Poblacion, Brgy. Betinan and Brgy. Bulawan. 378 households or around 2,100 residents will benefit from the said project.
