 KEEP COURTESY CALL SHORT AND SWEET.  The way you open the conversation greatly affects the entire interview. Of course, basically, you need to be familiar with the checklist/questionnaire so that everything will just run smoothly during the conduct.

WEAR YOUR I.D. AND WARM SMILE. This will invite your client to have comfortable conversation and a sense of belongingness by being welcome of his/her side.

 SELECT CLIENTS WHO HAVE AVAILED THE SERVICES. These services referred to those being rendered to the public offices such as the medical department, registrar etc.

ONE-ON ONE INTERVIEW. This task is one step at a time. Don’t collect two persons and interview them uniformly.

TAKE PICTURES. This will document your interview. You may ask somebody to take picture while doing the task.

THANK YOU. Don’t forget to say “ THANK YOU” to your client who spend time with you to be interviewed.
