33 % from the province and 100% from the city level within Zamboanga Peninsula have submitted their certificate of Non-investment of Public Funds in the Aman Futures Group as of November 19, 2012.

The certificates submitted with the signature of the Chief Executive from the province down to local mayors and punong barangay and duly notarized by Public Attorney and the city/municipal treasurer indicate of their non-investment of IRA to such group.

The urgent submission was ordered with a memorandum after an alleged issue that some Local Government Units (LGU) had invested their Internal Revenue Allotment (IRA).

As to date, only the province Zamboanga del Sur has submitted. All the cities- Dipolog, Dapitan, Isabela, Pagadian and Zamboanga City, have submitted their certificates.

Aside from the provinces and cities mentioned, other municipalities also tendered their certificates affirming of their non-investment to the said group namely : Municipalities of R.T. Lim and Siay for Zamboanga Sibugay, Municipalities of Sindangan, Liloy and Labason for Zamboanga del Norte and Bayog for Zamboanga del Sur.

At present, the DILG Regional Office is closely monitoring the complete submission from field offices.
